Very nice, and extremely knowledgeable. We have been looking for a local farm to start buying our meats, and we have found the best one! The milk is really good as well. You either pay the farmer, or pay the doctor. Would definitely recommend!

We bought 5 pounds of ground lamb for burgers. These were some of the best burgers ever. Meat quality was amazing! Fat content was just perfect for juicy burgers. Just make sure you get a good recipe and don’t overcook the lamb. I have processed my own sheep in the past and this meat looks just like what I packaged. Highly recommend.
